Modernized Manufacturing

Purekitchen originated as an idea in an Oakland, California woodshop but came to fruition in 2003 as a retail kitchen and bath sales company in Brooklyn, NY. The original intention was to focus on design and sales and outsource our cabinetry that was made to our rigorous specifications. After multiple attempts at this model, we are finally back to making the product in our own factory in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Since starting Cory Manufacturing, we’ve updated our manufacturing process with modernized machinery to complement our unique material specifications, helping us transform raw materials into kitchen cabinetry quickly and cost effectively with the craftsmanship and attention to detail of a one-man shop.

Transparency

Our process sensibility is born of both industry experience and an enduring concern for the world around us. Through the use of local manufacturing and the safe and renewable materials in our cabinets, we take every step to lessen our product’s and its customer’s ecological impact. And since they’re built in New England, our cabinets have a minimal freight and carbon footprint in the Northeast United States.

With each project, we bring a dedication to extensive research and development to improve the materials used, a deep knowledge and experience with LEED projects, and the ability to tailor our products for contract work to each customer’s sustainability requirements. Our casework is available with NAUF, recycled, certified, or rapidly renewable case and door materials, as well as low-VOC finishes.

We also believe in transparency: if you have a question or need specific information on a product or material, we are pleased to provide it.
